Thanks to the comprehensive interview course provided by UKRST, I felt confident and well-prepared for every aspect of the interview process. The structured approach and insightful tips not only helped me in the interview but also land the job in radiology. Additionally being part of the radiology prep group offered invaluable support and resources, ensuring I was fully equipped for success. I highly recommend both the interview course and the prep group to anyone pursuing a career in radiology. Through this group I also made two new friends who prepared with me regularly for the interview. This shows the importance of a team and connections which UKRST helps us to establish. I scored very well in the prioritisation station and UKRST arranged the webinar for this completely free of Cost. They did not confuse candidates by preparing them for anything extra like image interpretation which would have taken alot of their time and effort in preparing for something which was unnecessary. Abeera and Asim also helped me personally in answering my questions regarding portfolio. Whatever they said turned out to be accurate because I scored the same as they said. I got my top choice in Manchester on the very first day of the offers. If it wasn't for UKRST, 2 friends that I made via this group and one of my local Radiology Trainee I would have been clueless.

This was my first time applying for radiology and I used UKRST every step of the way. The information on MSRA preparation helped me score 600+ and get the interview. Following this their interview preparation webinars and the tips they provided from current trainees was truly invaluable. I used these tips to prepare for the interview and then put this into practice during their mock interviews where I was able to further fine tune my approach. When the new interview formats came out they promptly organised a webinar which helped me to focus on how to approach the prioritisation stations. Overall, all of these resources helped me to get my top choice of job in the North West while ranking 1st nationally for ST3 nuclear medicine and 11th for clinical radiology. I am truly thankful to the whole team and am looking forward to helping future candidates in the coming years!!
